Becoming a Vendor
The Germantown Hills Craft & Vendor Show is a marketplace for arts, crafts, and specialty items. We try to keep the focus on hand-crafted items but do allow a limited number of businesses and direct sales products.
Registration is done online at ghillscraftshow.org. Purchases (booth space and table rentals) are connected to the vendor email account.
All booth purchases will be reviewed by the Germantown Hills Craft & Vendor Show Committee, and Vendors will be notified if we are unable to host their business. Vendors will be considered based on product, previous participation, and date of booth purchase.
The Germantown Hills Craft & Vendor Show Committee reserves the right to refuse a Vendor based on their product, and their refund will be given in a timely manner.
If you would like to be added to the mailing list for next year's show, please email your business name and a short description of what you sell to info@ghillscraftshow.org.

2025 Loyalty Vendors
If you were a vendor at the 2024 show, you’re considered a loyalty vendor and will get early access to register starting August 1. To sign up, you’ll need to log in to your account using your email you used last year. If you were sent an account activation email, be sure to click that link before resetting your password. Can’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folders—sometimes it hides there.
Remaining booths will open to the public on August 30. We're excited to welcome familiar faces back and can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to this year’s show!
The Germantown Hills Craft & Vendor Show is a fundraiser for the FIRST Robotics Team MARS/WARS NFP. The money raised goes to directly to support our high school robotics students and area youth robotics programs.
The event is managed entirely by volunteers associated with MARS/WARS NFP. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at info@ghillscraftshow.org.
